I just got back from hitting up CVS and getting my free Sobe. They had plenty of them so if you have not taken advantage of the BOGO sale with the BOGO coupons you need to start playing the game! Here is the instand win game...Sobe Heads or Tails. You can play daily and odds are you will win the coupons each day too. Make sure after you print the first coupon that you hit the back button a few times so it will print a second one for you.

I also got some good coupons from the magic coupon machine. Have I told you how much I love that thing? I know it is a crap shoot and you never know what you might get but that is the best part. Some days nothing of interest and other days...well like today...you get some great stuff! I scored a free $2 ECB (hey you wanna give me money I will take it!) and I got a $0.50 off 2 Dove candy bars, a $1 off 2 Caliber brand school supplies. I also got a "today only" $1 off Charmin and a "today only" $1 off Duracell batteries. If you plan on doing the spend $25 get free Bounty towels sale at CVS those two store coupons would help!

Walgreens is offering a 15% discount from 8/1 to 8/4 on all purchases. This is a sweet deal if used in conjuction with some of the sales this week (especially the diaper deal for all you mom's). Head to the Walgreens website to print the coupon. This will change some of your scenarios if you are doing any of the buy x amount deals, but it will make the diaper one even better! head over to my original post with some of the Walgreens matchups. The hubbie always says he would take yogurt to work with his lunch if and only it I could get them for free or stupid cheap. Since I am not much of a dairy consumer yogurt falls off my radar frequently. Recently I thought about doing the catalina deal at Kroger, but realized that was a lot of yogurt for the one person to eat so I moved on. Then while tooling around on coupon blogs (my favorite past time lol) I found this at SavingABundle (love her blog as she is a local so when she finds unadvertised deals I know I can find them too!) I felt the need to share!

Rite Aid Video Value coupons for August

I just worked on the list, have not started printing them yet. Not sure that I will since there is no $5/$20 coupon. Why oh why did they do that?!?!?! I am not a huge Rite Aid shopper but have started to like them more and more. I like the Single Check Rebate(SCR) program, at first I thought it would be a pain. Now that I have done it for the last several months I have found it is pretty easy to keep up with and I like getting a check instead of coupons to use on the next transaction like the +Up rewards. Though now that my store has gotten used to those that has going much more smoothly too. I LOVE the $5/$25 and $5/$20 coupons!!! That enabled me to get items like toilet paper for free. Last week with just $1.50 in toilet paper coupons I still managed (after tax) to end up with a profit at Rite Aid and that meant free toilet tissue in addition to the free after SCR items. Without that coupon I might not be as "into" Rite Aid. Only time will tell, if they continue to have money makers then I might still shop there. Until then here are the VV coupons. Ya Snooze Ya Loose waiting to shop

I meant to post this yesterday, but just could not find the motivation to sit and type..dunno guess the holiday weekend thing had me out of whack. Yesterday I got out of the house for a little bit and finally head to a couple of stores to grab some deals. This was a slower week and I was not so excited about a deal that I jumped up and headed out Sunday morning. Well shame on me! Yesterday I hit up 2 CVS stores and one Rite Aid. First stop was CVS, a new one a little closer to home so I was excited to see that they were open. I head in and there are exactly 6 Sobe Lifewaters in the ENTIRE store. Ok, so I was able to get 6 and they were flavors that I like so I was ok with that. I left with 6 bottles, paid $0.44 and earned a $1 ECB from my green bag tag. Then we headed to Rite Aid up the road a little. At Rite Aid I had no luck at all, two of the items I wanted were GONE! Like GOOOONNNEEE! So I just put my stack of coupons and my list back in my binder and headed over to the second CVS. The second CVS is much further from home but close to the In-Laws house which worked because they had a birthday present for me (yay!)and she keeps coupons for me too (double yay!). We head in there and they have more Sobe but mostly flavors I don't like. Hmph! I managed to get enough for two transactions, the hubbie when through the line and I did too. I also had some expired ECB's...oops! They rocked and they took my expired ECB's with no issues. I was not excited about the sales but I did get 3 boxes of cereals and rolled my ECB's. Post cereals were on sale for 3 for $10 and get back $5 ECB's, I did not have any coupons but since I had ECB's that I knew were originally money makers I feel like I still scored a good deal but was just happy to use the expired ones and not loose that money completely. So here I am it is Tuesday, I still have a ton of Sobe coupons and I still have a whole transaction planned for Rite Aid with all the coupons. UGH and to add insult to injury Rite Aid and CVS are NOT close to my home and are NOT on my way home from work (boo since my rite Aid closed) so I might just move on. I don't see the point in heading all over town for deals, it is just not worth it, especially during the week. Sigh and I was stoked about my money maker trip to Rite Aid.

I put it in my cart and then went on the hunt for a coupon code and found this one JLE4147 which takes 40% off the highest priced item. I got a shirt for under $10 shipped! They have some cute dresses on clearance too, I just might have to take another look and use my promo code again. YAY I got myself a new top for my birthday!!! :o)

Schnucks and using Waglreen's Register Rewards

Ok so I have successfully done this now 3 times and I feel comfortable telling others about it. Schnucks will take a Walgreen's Register Reward as long as it says manufacturer coupon (which they always do). The reason this is so exciting to me is because frequently there are some great money making deals at Wags that I will do a couple of times but not more than that because I don't want to be stuck with more RRs than I can use in the next two weeks. Well problem solved...Schnucks will take them! What really excites me about this is that when I have a money maker (like the Nivea Body wash which was a $3 money maker) it means that I can use them for meat or produce. Since it is rare to have a coupon on those this was a way for me to basically save 50% because of the RR. example Wags has Nivea for Men on for $5.99 get back $6 in RR, use $3 off coupon and pay $2.99 still get back $6 in RR. Even if you paid out of pocket for the $2.99 but then used the RR at Schnucks it would be like getting 50% off your $6 worth of meat, produce (or whatever you purchase). I went Sunday and bought $36 of produce and meat, paid with my RR and ended up with an oop of only $1.24(that includes my tax). Now granted I had a little under $14 oop on the RR's (including tax) but that still means I truely saved over $20 (including tax) on my purchase. I love that! So my Wags game plan will change some, now I will try to roll my RR's to keep my oop low however when there is a big money maker I am just going to go all out because I know I can use them elsewhere. Now if Kroger would just take them I would be really happy. I have tried them before with no luck, but this week I plan on trying again. Maybe something has changed.

I love coupons like this, higher value...no major size restrictions...and in a pdf!! HA! You can score a $3 off any Adam's Flea & Tick products (excluding collars) and use for those pesky fleas. Of course wouldn't you know it we just bought a bottle of flea spray. The hubbie was a good coupon hubbie and remembered to ask if I had any coupons and at that time there were not any out, so as fate would have it we buy some and a few days later here it is! No biggie though, I am sure we will need more and this one does not expire until September 30th so we have plenty of time. That does not mean wait and print later, because they can take this coupon down any time and you don't want to miss out. I have more Nivea coupons ( I mean WAY more) and I have heard that it is ringing up BOGO which is pretty cool...I kinda wanna check it out but not today. Even if they are not BOGO tomorrow they are still a $3 money maker on every transaction and for me that is pretty cool. You end up paying $8.96 for all four, I did not think this was a bad deal at all. Now you ladies that have babies may know of better prices etc, I don't buy wipes all that often and I know we normally pay around $6 for a refill. I know I have seen these at Walmart, and not sure where else they sell them. If it is your first time to print you can score a $3 off coupon. If i remember right, I have seen the packs of 2 bacon wrapped stakes for a little under $4, if I am right this makes for a nice deal on meat. You bet I will be printing this coupon everywhere I possible can! You can also find coupons here for $1 off steak. The expiration date on them is 12-31-2012 so you have ample time to scout out the best price.
